The cost of shipping is shown at the checkout. The cost of shipping varies depending on the shipping destination.
Additional taxes and fees may apply depending on the destination. Possible custom duties and taxes are due to the customer. If the custom duties and taxes are not handled, the shipment will be viewed as delivered and remains non-refundable.
RETURNS
You have the right to return or exchange your order by contacting the Bonden Web Store within 14 days of the delivery based on the Finnish consumer protection legislation. Please contact us at info@bonden.fi for your return instructions.
Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, re-packaged into its original package. The product must be returned immediately after receiving return instructions from Bondenliving. In case the product is damaged or lost during the return, the customer will be responsible for the expenses.
Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
Please note the merchandise offered in Bonden Web Store are presented in the format of digital images of existing merchandise. Since the materials used are natural, minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
